Why are you coping with a break up when should be trying to win back their love. Relationships have their ups and downs. And most go through a cycle when one of the partners begins to think that the grass is greener on the other side. Sometime the relationship ends for good, while other times it is saved.

• Be there to support him/her: This will leave a powerful impression. To be your ex’s friend at critical moments will require you to put aside all the hurt feelings you have.
• Try to remind your ex of the person you were when he/she fell in love with you: recall the things he/she liked about you most, these are the things that can draw him to you again.
• Look attractive: it’s important to look your best during this time however don’t try to overdo it and let him/her feel like if you are seducing him/her.
• Don’t be needy: one of the big mistakes you must avoid disclosing to your ex is that you need him/her, don’t make obvious expression of your desire to get him/her back.

Trying to escape reality and pretending that nothing has happened and everything is all right will not help you much especially if the relationship meant too much to you, it will be fake and everybody will notice it. Also don’t let the break up deter you and lose your will, chances are good that your ex still have same feelings for you, and giving him the time he/she needs will be enough to win him back.
